⏰ I’m closer to 40 than to 50, although not for much longer…
🇫🇷 I’m French - sorry about that 😂 - but I hate cheese, no longer drink wine and no longer smoke. So I’m basically waiting for them to revoke my passport any day now…
🧠 For many years my job consisted of dissecting brains of rat embryos, growing their little neurons in dishes, then dumping various chemicals on them to see if we could find something that would cure that bitch of Alzheimer’s disease.
🧜♀️ Then my life did a 180 and now I’ve been a freediving coach, instructor, athlete and safety diver for 13 years full-time.
✅ I can’t change the wheel of my car but can duckdive like a boss. I’m afraid of heights, but once dove down to 70m on a single breath. I can’t sing a single song in tune but can get your freediving to the next level with my eyes closed!
🍫 My sources of happiness in life: my friends, my family, the sea, sleeping, and food, definitely food!
❤️ I’m passionate about helping people get to the next level, become the best version of themselves and reach their dreams.
😭 I’m hyper-sensitive and empathetic, so yes you’ll see me cry when I’m sad. Cry when I’m happy. Cry when I’m angry. Cry when I’m tired. Basically I cry way too much for a normal human being.
🖕I tend to be no-filter. I sometimes speak too fast. I swear a lot, and enjoy it. I have a dark and sarcastic sense of humour. For all of this: it’s take it or leave it, no compromise, sorrynotsorry!

Just want to pipe in as a student of Lily. She is an amazing coach and human being. She pays attention to an area of freediving that can be overlooked. Your mindset and emotional state. She’s sneaky too. You don’t realize what she’s doing and eventually boom you realize you look at your dives differently. You change the conversation you have with yourself before, during and after your dive. She’ll listen to you when you’re having a tough time and she’ll dance, cheer, scream (don’t wear headphones) after your victories. She adapts your training for where you’re at, helping you build each piece of the foundation. And.,,, she’s not afraid to call you out on your BS if she has to, but she’ll do it because she cares and you’ll also feel that. Anyways, sorry for the cheese (she’s not a fan), but I just had to take a moment to gush. ❤️❤️❤️
