Introducing SERVITA™ – the coffee table that serves without ever needing to be served. Doesn’t wobble, doesn’t interrupt, doesn’t take up too much space. Also washes the mugs later…
Illuminate the mood with PLEASÄ™ – the lamp that never shines too bright. Soft, silent, never asks questions. Only lights up when asked nicely.
Complete the set with SUBMISSIVA™ – the armchair that fits any space… as long as you tell it how. Bends easily, stays quiet, supports everyone else’s weight. No complaints. No rocking. No opinions. Perfect.
Not for sale.
Because we’re done being furniture.
AM I COMFORTABLE ENOUGH? – a performance about women who’ve had enough of comfortable for everyone else.
15 May, 20:00, @neuebuehnefriedrichshain
As a part of the Artistic Programme of IETM Plenary Meeting (@ietmnetwork)
Following the performance, we invite you to join an open discussion with experts and the audience on the topic Public Funding System: Empowerment or Control?
How do funding systems influence the narratives we see on stage? Is institutional support a form of censorship? Are we truly creating freely, or simply responding to the demands of what can be funded?
