Treated myself to a bit o’ digital detox for my birthday, but when I came back online and to my phone I was blown away by all of the messages and well wishes waiting for me. Thank you all so much for taking time out of your day to make this gal feel special. Not a day goes by that I am not filled with gratitude for a life I love, filled with the absolute best that humanity has to offer 🧡

Memories from @noteestour x @golfkohler . Full vlog on my YouTube channel if you haven’t seen it go watch! Such a fun experience with some of my favorite people ❤️ thank you @willlowerygolf for bringing us all together !

Nebulizing hydrogen peroxide to treat a common cough is dangerous medical advice that can cause severe respiratory and systemic toxicity. Inhaling aerosolized oxidizing agents destroys the delicate epithelial lining of the trachea and bronchi, triggering acute chemical pneumonitis, direct mucosal caustic burns, and permanent disruption of mucociliary clearance mechanisms. Beyond severe airway inflammation and bronchospasm, systemic absorption of peroxides into the pulmonary capillary bed induces methemoglobinemia, oxidizing ferrous iron to ferric iron and preventing hemoglobin from releasing oxygen to vital tissues. Household disinfectants belong on external surfaces, never inside human airways. Never aerosolize toxic oxidizers into your respiratory tract. #DrZackMD #Pulmonology #PatientSafety #MedicalDebunk #EvidenceBasedMedicine
