2. Complimentary gifts: Can you imagine leaving with your hair done and then boom you get a sweet little surprise on top of that? It’s something small but memorable. My lash tech used to do this, and it made me look forward to every appointment. It’s those little thoughtful touches that stick with people.

3. Kindness: It’s simple, but it matters. Being consistent in how you treat people builds trust and a good reputation. When clients come,they will already know what kind of energy they’re walking into.
