i am still beaming from my first Helen Hayes with @theatrewash! to be in a room full of such incredible love for the theatre is an experience unlike any other. i’m so honoured to be nominated amongst such talented, dedicated, fearless creatives. at a time when the arts and artists are under attack, it feels momentous to have basked in the exuberant glow of community with other theatre-makers all night.

congratulations to all my fellow nominees and award winners! a special shout out to my Astroboy fam @dmarredondo and @marquismarkie — it was a pleasure to make magic with you and i can’t wait to do it again. and one more shoutout to @eric.m.norris — i’m so grateful to know you as a collaborator, mentor, and friend.

CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE, and thank you for putting your heart into this wild thing we love: theatre.
