If dinner has become a source of stress, you’re not failing—you’re not alone.

It often helps to shift how we approach meals, not just what we serve.

That’s why I created Family Meals Reimagined—a free guide with practical strategies to make mealtimes more manageable and meaningful.

Dinner time in our family is usually an hour! We always sit together and eat together. Talk about our days, joke and laugh. I cook the same for us all but vary it for my daughter a little. Eg salmon, sweet potato and roasted veggies for us - she’ll have the same but sub roasted veggies with baby carrots. It’s definitely go easier as she’s got older. But eating meals together means she has always tried foods we are eating - she even likes olives - they are definitely an acquired taste.
