I recently had the pleasure of dining at Moon Rabbit by Kevin Tiền, a concept-driven Vietnamese restaurant that left a lasting impression. We opted for the “Chef’s Visit to Vietnam” tasting menu, and the experience was truly wonderful. As someone of Vietnamese heritage, it was incredibly moving to see familiar flavors reimagined with such creativity and care.
The standout dishes for me were the first two appetizers, especially the crispy rice, which burst with flavor and texture in every bite. We also got the phở đặc biệt cocktail. While it wasn’t my personal favorite, I’m open to giving it another try in a different setting.
Overall, I would absolutely return. Moon Rabbit offers a thoughtful and delicious journey through Vietnamese cuisine.
