Wanted to share a divine moment at the women’s empowerment retreat I curated (@wolfscryretreat), in which strong & independent women came together and created art through rhythm, soul, and dance during one of my fave workshops. 💃🏽

The beginning starts off as a freestyle, giving into the movement within the sound waves, and then in unison, the choreo (by the extremely talented teacher of the arts miss Sydney aka @knottedworld) overtakes the floor. It does end in a silly lil twerk sesh 😅, we couldn’t help ourselves, but all in all, I am so proud of what women can create and accomplish together. Thank you Sydney for this beautiful work of art and putting this particular workshop together. 🙏🏽

This wasn’t a final run of the dance but it’s all I could find, so sorry if there’s moments of being a little off, but at the end of the day, this was just for fun and celebrating womanhood 🫂👯‍♀️

I realize I don’t often showcase my dancing on ig, so lmk if you like this content 😌
