What do lemons create that is absolutely amazing. It is the viral orange cake turned lemon. This is moist, lemony (if that’s a word) and bloody delicious. I made a double batch to make the cake bigger (cakes don’t last in my house). This is a gluten free wonder but you can swap the almond flour to SR flour. Give it a go with a lemon or an orange… either way you will love it.
