And off she goes. Daycare and adventure await. I'm really sad my mat leave is coming to an end, but know how lucky I am to have gotten to spend 18 months with my tiny best friend. Excited for her to learn new things and meet new friends, but also crying inside (and outside, let's be real).

Hello friends! 💖👋It’s @gg.art.images here to share the incredible work of Andrew Glickman (@andrew.glickman). Please enjoy! Andrew Glickman is a Bethesda, Maryland-based street and documentary photographer. His work explores public spaces, especially public transportation, as stages for the theatricality of everyday life. Last week, a solo show of Glickman’s work opened at the Leica Store Washington, D.C. @leicastoredc. The exhibition, Chance Encounters, consists of twenty photographs, was co-curated by Glickman with Debra Klomp Ching @debraklompching and will be up through January 9, 2027. In the exhibition, and based on the Leica Store’s description, Glickman frames the human condition as simultaneously collective and profoundly individual. We move through shared spaces and engage in everyday routines while pursuing private narratives that remain invisible to others. Without romanticizing daily life, Glickman’s photographs remind us that while human connection is often fleeting, chance encounters can momentarily bridge the distances between our individual worlds.
