Can't believe it's been just over a year already!! So much has changed - changed business strategy like 5 times already! Tried to quit twice. Adapting to market changes overnight, shifting the entire company strategy by Monday morning, starting from scratch multiple times on certain projects! What an excellerated learning & growing experience it has been! So grateful to God for trusting me with this, and for equipping me daily🙏 Thankful for my family & friends, the team, and the people who have stood by me and supported me while I figure this all out 💛🥰 Especially grateful for those who have been patient, kind, gentle & supportive to me In a world that's the opposite of that, and the colleagues & industry leaders that have come along side and collaborated & let me learn from their experiences (you know who you are - the real gems 💎🙏) I've learnt so much about the kind of leader i want to be, the kind of impact i want to make, and the kind of company I want to build and I'm still on the journey of discovery. The process has been painful at times and I've questioned what am i even doing more times than one - but seeing things come into full blossom in this next season is sooo rewarding & exciting & a little scary! More than i imagined! ✨️
