Can't believe it's been just over a year already!! So much has changed - changed business strategy like 5 times already! Tried to quit twice. Adapting to market changes overnight, shifting the entire company strategy by Monday morning, starting from scratch multiple times on certain projects! What an excellerated learning & growing experience it has been! So grateful to God for trusting me with this, and for equipping me daily🙏 Thankful for my family & friends, the team, and the people who have stood by me and supported me while I figure this all out 💛🥰 Especially grateful for those who have been patient, kind, gentle & supportive to me In a world that's the opposite of that, and the colleagues & industry leaders that have come along side and collaborated & let me learn from their experiences (you know who you are - the real gems 💎🙏) I've learnt so much about the kind of leader i want to be, the kind of impact i want to make, and the kind of company I want to build and I'm still on the journey of discovery. The process has been painful at times and I've questioned what am i even doing more times than one - but seeing things come into full blossom in this next season is sooo rewarding & exciting & a little scary! More than i imagined! ✨️

⚓️ My anchor quote from my dad: "Your purpose is not the thing you do - it's the thing that happens in others when you do the thing you do!" 🤍

⚓️ My anchor verse which my Mom always tells me when I'm overwhelmed - Psalms 121 "I look up to the hills...." to which I reply "my help comes from the Lord, the maker of Heaven & Earth" 🌎

I have such a loooong way to go!! But gosh have i come a long way too - Only God 🙏✨️🙌🏽💛

Huge respect to everyone who has ever built something in life or even tried 👏

There’s something powerful about no longer trying to fit someone else’s idea of beautiful.

Learn to love what’s unique about you 🥰

I had the privilege of being invited to “Gospel Hour” on LotusFM radio station a few weeks ago to share the heart behind Worship Circle that we held in Durban, South Africa 🇿🇦 Grateful for the opportunity to speak on radio & invite hearts into something bigger than ourselves - something for our community 💛

Thank you to Pastor Niven Lalmund for the meaningful conversation, your wisdom and for being such a gracious host & producer ✨ Being behind the scenes, experiencing what happens off-air, and walking through studios that date back to the 1950s felt like a journey through history, it was truly a special experience 🙏

Moments like these remind me that obedience opens doors we could not open on our own 🙏 Still in awe of the overwhelming support & encouragement I got from everyone 💛 God’s hand was truly on this 🙌

Two years ago, something was placed in my heart that many said wouldn’t work in this city. I carried it quietly. I trusted the process. I stayed faithful to the timing. I believed that it was going to happen & thought about it every time I travelled back home 🇿🇦. I believed because I knew the impact it had on me, it was part of my testimony 💛

What I’ve learned is this - timing matters, and purpose doesn’t rush. Grateful for every person from far & wide who came together with talent & resources to make this happen! So grateful for the blessings & support of my parents & pastors who stood by me and guided me through this. And the prayers of friends from all around the world 🌎
This weekend, I stood in a moment where a vision of my heart became visible to my eyes.
A dream fulfilled, surrounded by family & friends.
And it was more beautiful than I initially imagined. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was forced. Just beautifully aligned. As Pastor Vernon said "there was a grace for it" 🙏

It’s a reminder that what’s planted in the heart doesn’t need permission to grow.
It simply needs time.

“He has made everything beautiful in its time.” - Ecclesiastes 3:11 ✨

If you’re holding something close to your heart… don’t let the noise of the world rush the process, keep holding on 🤍

If this is what it looks like when God's people come together for the same Purpose, how much more can we do together to make an Impact. If this was only the beginning i cannot imagine where this could go 🌎🚀🔥🙌🏽🥰🎶💃

2025 was the year of alignment over applause. Every move had purpose. Every season had meaning. The groundwork is set 🖤

What didn’t make sense then, makes sense now. 2025 Refined me. Strengthened me. Positioned me.
Grateful for every season 🙏 - ready for the next 🙌✨

Extremely grateful for the friends that literally held me up and took care of me while I navigated so many new things & showed me the true meaning of community & Godly friendships 🤍🙏✨ by @adelemaistry

Afternoon tea > rushed routines 🤍✌️

High tea isn’t just a moment
It’s a mood.
It’s a standard.
It’s how we gather

Really enjoying the garden for the summer ☀️

The kind of friendship God put together 🤍

I remember the days that i prayed for this kind of friendship - it's been such an incredibly blessed time doing life with you both these last few years in Dubai! My heart is sooo full of gratitude that God gave me the both of you to stand by, lift each other up, grow, love, sharpen each other, pray for each other and do life together with so much food, tea & laughter inbetween! 😅🥰 So grateful for all the memories we have together!! From the very first day we met, I knew you were both sent! (A David & Jonathan kind of friendship as many have told us) A friendship where you can pray for & hold up each other's hands to do the things we are called to do 🙏 A friendship where you can pour into each other to multiply what you have in your hands for a greater impact! 🔥

So profound that we got to make this memory & do future planning, on a historical 'vessel' that so many great men & woman have sailed the seas on, the corridors they walked through sharing their dreams & visions too. Excited to take this beyond borders now that seasons are changing ✨️ Grateful for this time together to speak life into budding dreams & vision for what God will do in our lives next! 🙌🏽
It's been so much fun doing life together in Dubai ❤️ Forever grateful to God for you both 🙏✨️

Also! Thanks Rebecca for arranging the best suite for us, we literally had our own elevator and entrance into the ship. Had an actual Titanic moment for sure getting lost and looking for the way back through staircases, corridors & museums in the middle of the night & not to forget "high-tea time" all the time! 😅 #changingseasons #grateful #blessed #beyondborders #DaughtersoftheKing #EmpowHer 🇦🇪 🇿🇦 🇮🇳 🇨🇦🍁

A season of becoming ✨️ by @adelemaistry

Happy Blessed Birthday Mom 🥰🤍

There is so many amazing things about you!
Your love for adventure & enjoying every moment of life to the fullest, your artistic creativity, your strength as a woman of leadership & wisdom in business and in life! Your cooking!! (The best in the world), your faith and belief in God and all our convos of his goodness in our lives and all the insights that you share 🙏 The way your brain works is always so fascinating to me, you always bring a different perspective to things. Your sometimes "unrealistic" dreamer mentality which dad somehow always makes into an actual reality (the perfect pair 🥰 ) Your humbleness and kindness to everyone you meet. The way you love & care for all. Your ability to go above and beyond in an effortless way. Thank you for every sacrifice you made for the life we have. You truly are a gem of a person and I'm sooo blessed & grateful that God gave me You as My Mom 🥰🤍

My favorite year will always be the one that i decided to "work in the family business" (aka hardly working) and basically just have adventures with you all day, every day for an entire year!! Breakfast every morning in the garden with the dogs, shopping every day, going for lunch, the salon, painting, going to the fabric stores, visiting friends & family and basically just living our best life 😅🥰💗 You make life an adventure!

I love you! 😘 by @adelemaistry
