TNHT Staff: @YesThatsDee _______________ The man who tragically lost his life after falling from the Goliath roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia has been identified as 42-year-old Hassan Jihad Ibn Kariem, an Atlanta educator. _______________ According to TMZ, Hassan was riding the roller coaster Monday when he reportedly flew out of the ride, struck portions of the tracks multiple times, and eventually landed on the roof of a nearby haunted house. Witnesses reportedly watched the horrifying incident unfold. _______________ In an even more heartbreaking detail, Hassan’s son was reportedly sitting right beside him when the tragedy occurred. _______________ According to 11Alive, Hassan worked at Wesley International Academy and was remembered as a passionate educator who cared deeply about his community and bringing families together. _______________ His family has since released photos of him as loved ones mourn his devastating loss. Six Flags Over Georgia has extended its condolences to Hassan’s family and friends. _______________ Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, especially his son, who reportedly witnessed the tragedy firsthand. 🙏🏾
