Lemon earl grey madeleines! I did a lemon glaze on some and powdered sugar dusting on others :)

Unfortunately not advanced enough to dip them in chocolate (tempering is so hard 😥), but hope to try it someday

Choux au craquelin filled w/ blueberry compote & pastry cream 🫐 some had plain pastry cream and others I mixed the compote into it before piping for more blueberry filling 😌😌

Made 2 batches of choux and noticed that the craquelin didn’t look at pretty for the first one (prob bc I used smaller eggs in this batch, which altered the choux texture and was more pliable) while the second one I used larger eggs like instructed to yield a more runny choux (made me nervous at first) but resulted in the signature craquelin look in last slide! by @biscuittft

Longan cake for my dad’s birthday

Plain chiffon, fresh longan, osmanthus jelly, jasmine infused cream 😌 wish I could’ve taken a good photo of the layers but aside from that, cake had such nice floral notes that worked well w/ the longan. Been a long long longgggg time since I made a cake so the decor could def use some work, hope to improve this summer 😓😓 by @biscuittft

Sesame scallion focaccia ⭐️

Aimed to get it how a scallion pancake would taste but my mom said it reminded her of 芝麻大餅, a chinese flatbread w/ sesame & scallions loll. Texture was also a little less airy this time around compared to when I used the same focaccia recipe (last slide) but maybe things changed when I used some sesame oil in addition to olive oil?? Don’t know but experimenting is always fun 😛😛 by @biscuittft
