As we celebrate the 249th anniversary of American independence, I’m reminded that this nation’s foundation is built on the dreams of immigrants. I’m honored to be part of a journey that started on July 4, 1776—and is still unfolding today.
Reflecting on my own path:
• Moving wasn’t easy
• Adapting took grit
• The reality didn’t always match my expectations
• I was tempted to give up more than once
• Yet, I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything
Why stay? After traveling to nearly 40 countries, I’ve found that no place offers more avenues for growth and success.
If you want an easy life — US is not the right place. If you want to work your ass out but become a successful person — US will provide you the most opportunities to do so.
