Saturdays are for Meat Pie Magic! 🥟 
Nothing beats the smell of fresh Naija-style meat pies 💛

For the Dough I used;
- 3 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of wheat flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup of salted butter
- Two eggs whisked with cold water

While for the Meat filling;
- Ground beef
- Potatoes
- Onions
- Carrots
- Green peas
- Mixed bell peppers
- Curry
- Thyme
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Seasoning powder
- Cornstarch for slurry

Pre heat oven to 350F and bake for 30-40 minutes.
