Saturdays are for Meat Pie Magic! 🥟  Nothing beats the smell of fresh Naija-style meat pies 💛

For the Dough I used;
- 3 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of wheat flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup of salted butter
- Two eggs whisked with cold water

While for the Meat filling;
- Ground beef
- Potatoes
- Onions
- Carrots
- Green peas
- Mixed bell peppers
- Curry
- Thyme
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Seasoning powder
- Cornstarch for slurry

Pre heat oven to 350F and bake for 30-40 minutes.

And of course, a special guest appearance from my bestie @_mojolaa 💕

My new breakfast obsession! Overnight Oats 😍

It’s so filling!! with fiber, protein and it keeps me fueled all morning! My sister actually shared this recipe with me and I’m excited to share it with you too!

For this recipe I used:
• 1/2 cup oats
• 1/2 cup granola
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1/4 cup protein powder
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup lactose-free milk

I mixed it all up and let it sit overnight.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I do! 💛

The sun was out so I decided to do some outdoor grilling 🔥

Plantain + Turkey Thigh, Turkey Drumstick + Croaker fish.

I also added Gizzdodo to the meal because that’s how much I love plantains 🤪

It’s not Wednesday I know! But I have a detailed recipe for puff puff that I couldn’t wait to share!

So many people have been talking about how their puff puff ends up looking like Akara, the trick is to add enough yeast, use warm water and scoop your batter properly.

I hope this video helps someone learning how to make puff puff!
