The coziest fall dinner we’ve been obsessed with…. Packed with nutrients! Full recipe 👇🏼 APPLE CIDER BRAISED POT ROAST 🥩🍎 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2-3 lb chuck roast Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp gluten free all purpose flour To a large (oven safe) pot like a Dutch oven, add oil and turn the heat to medium. Once warm, add the roast to the pot and coat with salt, pepper, and gf flour. Let the roast brown on each side for 2-3 minutes before flipping. Remove from the pot. 1 yellow onion, sliced 1 full head of garlic, minced Leave the brown bits then add in onion & garlic and let cook for a minute or so. 1 cup beef bone broth (I use @kettleandfire ) 1/2 - 1 cup apple cider 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tbsp rosemary 2 tsp ginger powder Pour in bone broth and apple cider to deglaze the pan. Use a spatula to scrape off the brown bits. Stir in the spices. 6-8 large carrots, cut into 2 inch sticks 1 lb baby yellow potatoes Then, add the roast back in and add in potatoes and carrots. Let the mixture cook for 10-15 minutes until bubbling. Then, cover and put in the oven on 375F for 3 hours. 2 tbsp apple butter, optional Once done, remove from the oven and brush the apple butter directly onto the roast. Put the pot back in the oven, without the lid, and let the roast cook for 30 more minutes uncovered. Enjoy!!! #fallrecipes #guthealth #antiinflammatory #healthyrecipes #highprotein

This cat has a condition called laryngeal paralysis, which affects the muscles responsible for opening and closing the larynx (voice box), giving its meow an unusually deep and raspy sound. Normally, a cat’s vocal cords vibrate to produce its familiar high-pitched meow. However, when the muscles controlling the larynx don’t function properly, the cat’s voice can change dramatically, sometimes sounding more like a growl than a typical meow. Although the unusual sound might seem funny or adorable, laryngeal paralysis is a serious medical condition that can also cause breathing difficulties and may require veterinary treatment.
Situated within La Zagaleta, a prestigious residential enclave set into the Costa del Sol nature reserve, Villa Geneve by ARK Architects is conceived as a point of mediation between human habitation and landscape. Designed by Manuel Ruiz Moriche, the three-level villa is built exclusively from natural materials – Romano Silver Travertine on the exterior, Botticino stone and chemically untreated wood inside, finished with lime-based paint throughout. Natural light is the project’s central generative force, entering through expansive glazing that runs the full perimeter of the house and sculpting each space as the day progresses. The interiors, also by ARK Architects, draw on Flexform furnishings to extend the same understated refinement indoors – from the ground-floor living area anchored by a Groundpiece seating system to the wellness level below, with an indoor pool, sauna, and wine cellar. Outside, an infinity pool terrace frames views of the Mediterranean and the Benahavís mountains, where the clean contemporary lines of the architecture dissolve quietly into the surrounding reserve. _project: Villa Geneve _architecture + interior design: ARK Architects @ark.architects _creative director: Manuel Ruiz Moriche _location: La Zagaleta, Costa del Sol, Spain _images: Manuel Ruiz In collaboration with @flexformspa —— @architecture_hunter is a non-traditional media that inspires, informs, and entertains a worldwide audience of over 3 million design enthusiasts. 🔎 get published: architecturehunter.com/register 🎥 watch & read: architecturehunter.com 🏆 follow: @architecture_hunter_awards 🏷️ tag #architecture_hunter to be hunted
