Crimson Creek Smokehouse

It was our honor to assist our friend Chef Damien Brockway of @distantrelativesatx at The Dell Diamond for @rrexpress and @goodstockbeef annual Round Rock Briskets game in support of The John Brotherton Foundation. Chef Damien and Pitmaster Marcus joined forces to serve up cold smoked and reverse seared beef picanha with a collard green salsa verde and beef fat lemon aioli that was absolutely outrageous. It was an incredible day out there with 11 other outstanding pitmasters! Special thanks to the folks @yeti and @mill.scale for their support. #roundrockbriskets #texasbarbecue #roundrockexpress #delldiamond #millscale #yeti #goodstockbeef #picanhas #coldsmoke #reversesear #distantrelatives
