Weekend of awesome at @spartanraceuk #spartanmidlands

Volunteer shift on Olympus, great to see so many people smashing it and an opportunity to help those struggling with techniques to complete it (we'll just skip over the fact I failed it in my race..).

Saturday afternoon running the sprint with a combo of @team_atlas_ocr & @team_wildfire_ocr, then Sunday taking on the #spartansuper with somewhat fresh legs and feeling good 💪🏻

Top part of the weekend was the wife, @linzi_in_wonderland, unexpectedly turning up in Grantham to surprise me 😍 made my whole weekend having her there to see me race!
