Quando Rondo Signals Peace After Lil Durk’s Trial, Says He’s Done With “Tit For Tat” Blogged by: Grace L. Quando Rondo sounds like he is ready to leave the back and forth behind. In a pair of posts shared to his verified Instagram account, Rondo spoke about moving on, refusing to stress over what other people choose to do, and no longer trying to make someone else mad. He never mentioned Lil Durk by name, but his message comes less than a month after Durk was acquitted in the federal murder for hire case centered on the 2022 shooting that prosecutors said was intended to kill Rondo. “Today the day I’m not going tit for tat anymore I ain’t begging to fix nothing I ain’t stressing nomore at the end of the day she/he gone do whatever it is they want to do you can’t stop it it’s no reason to stress it’s no reason to try to make the next individual mad or nothing just move tf on that’s on all my dead love ones today the last they a call or text another mf how first,” Rondo wrote on his Instagram Story. He ended that post with another personal message: “Long live Turk this on yo name.” Instagram story image: large white text on black background expressing frustration and a vow to stop engaging in drama; bottom line reads ‘Long live Turk this on yo name’ with a lock and blue heart emoji. Rondo followed it with a second Story that made it clear where his head is musically. Instead of promising fans another club record, he said the music coming from him is going to reflect what he has actually lived through. “I hope yall ain’t looking for a turnt song because I ain’t been through nothing turnt up I ain’t got nothing but pain in my life so if you ain’t looking for pain music gone head & unfollow me because I need a listening ear not a nodding head !!!” Instagram story image: large white text on black background expressing frustration and a vow to stop engaging in drama; bottom line reads ‘Long live Turk this on yo name’ with a lock and blue heart emoji.

When I find something that genuinely helps with my lower back pain WHILE lowering my stress, I stick with it! 3 years ago when I dealt with back pain so debilitating I could barely walk, I lay in bed on my Pranamat for 10–15 minutes every morning to get blood flowing, reduce my pain, and loosen my tight muscles. When I tore a tendon in my calf last year, my PT encouraged me to use my Pranamat for recovery bc “it gets blood flow to the site and speeds up healing.” Now, I lie on my mat in bed when my back feels stiff and sore, or I just need to release tension and relax. (Plus! I take it with me when I travel—it just traveled with me to New England!) Shaun loves it, and Honor asks to lie on it every time he sees me on it. If you’re looking for relief from pain or a way to lower stress (or a meaningful gift for someone else who needs the same—it’s fantastic for folks with very physical jobs)… ✨✨comment RELIEF, and I’ll send you the link to Pranamat’s better than Black Friday sale.✨✨ (Use code MISFORMAMA at checkout)
