Nutrition is probably the hardest part, when it comes to starting your fitness journey. While the generic “chicken & rice” diet can work, it isn’t sustainable long term FOR MOST, trust me I’ve tried. 🙅🏾♂️
When most people think of dieting, they think they have to immediately avoid their favorite foods, snacks, or desserts. I’m here to tell you that isn’t the case at all. I still was able to eat the same foods I loved that made me the guy in the 1st slide. What changed?🤷🏾♂️
1. I made simple ingredient swaps, that way I could still eat my favorite foods while hitting my protein goal & keeping fat to a minimum. ✅
2. I made sure to track my macros, and incorporate a system that helped me understand my body. ✅
3. Lastly I made sure to follow a script that wasn’t limiting me, or made me feel like I was on a “fad diet”, or even a “diet” at all. ✅
Once you learn to build a HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP with food, it makes you realize that you’ve been over complicating things all along. Just make sure to give yourself grace, and be sure to stick to a plan that you can follow!!
