Not born to the wrong parents—- we are more well versed when it comes to repercussions and seen one too many. We love our children and as simple as wearing a helmet or using a booster seat could literally save their lives! Lives that are JUST about to begin 🩶

It blows my mind that you would let anyone go to home with unsecured guns. Everything else yeah totally but unsecured guns, oh my god that just hurts in so many ways

I would never let my kid ride an electric scooter or bike that goes 20 miles an hour, have a trampoline (they always get mad about this one), or ride on an ATV. They are both still in boosters and they are 9 and 11. They say I’m a helicopter mom but working in primary care peds I’ve seen too much!

I would never ask this ER doctors since they have seen it all and we are unlikely to experience it all. Also I cosleep with my kid since birth and we were just fine, if not even better than people who don't ❤️

Never come to the Netherlands. You would be shocked: children biking without an helmet, walking through the city on their own, droppings of children in unknown areas as a game, modderdagen (plays in schools for children in the mud). But: 8 years on a row: the happiest children in the world (OECD).

Great points all of them. I'd say no water sports without a life jacket and no water sports with adults who are drinking alcohol. Things happen fast.

I would never let my kid back into Golden Hill Elementary school while principal Julia Martinez were still there. It was NOT safe!

Stuff like this is why I tell my partner that I will leave him if he gets a motocycle or ATV/4-wheeler
