a year agoSo happy to hear that you have a good way of working through. Keep holding on to your JOY๐ฏ๐ฆ
a year agoI watched this 3 times. I liked what you said my friend. I've been on my own active mental health healing journey since 2017 doing the inner work, learning how to connect deeper with others, learning to be the best version of me and walk with purpose. To hear conversations like this just tells me that their are so many more people like me on this type of journey and it's beautiful to witness. For men to be strong in more ways than just physically/protector is amazing. To see men and women be strong in way of emotional intelligence and vulnerability, to feel everything and to transmute it, is a kind of safety and beauty that I'm seeing more and more of and that's an incredibly lovely thing to see. " let's feel all these things you've been packing away all these years. Woah that's a lot." I chuckled when you said that. I myself remember how foreign it was to be vulnerable with another until I learned how. It's a skill to learn for sure if you weren't raised in an emotionallly available home and you learned to pack everything away. Being able to learn how to navigate learning HOW to feel these things without overwhelm or alienating oneself, for men and women when they aren't used to feeling all the things , definitely needs guidance and you my friend seem to be healing the world and connecting humans one beautiful conversation at a time. It seems you are in your element and I love to see it, Raul. I hope you're well my friend ๐
