On May 21st, 2025 while in a late night solo rehearsal I heard a pop, and the next thing I knew I was on the floor of my studio crying not knowing it was from the pain of a dislocation and evulsion in my knee. I couldn’t move my leg without feeling a painful tightening sensation in my knee, I was in a panic, immediately thinking things like “I’m never gonna dance again” or “I’m gonna let my team down”. This had been the worst pain I’d ever been in and I had no clue what to do when we found out I had dislocated it. That’s when my doctor I would be out of any activity for 6-12 weeks, and even a possibility of surgery. I watched my world collapse. We had 3 weeks till recital, and 6 till nationals. I was scared, upset, and felt like my world was ending. I could only focus on the negatives. That was until I began to work on physical therapy with @ptbypaddyjarit he truly pushed my limits proving to me how much I could do, I worked everyday, at home in the gym anywhere I could. I unfortunately was unable to perform in our recital and could not compete at @nycda nationals (witch I had been looking forward to) but I was fortunate enough to have rebuilt enough of my strength to compete with my team @goshowstopper and perform in the their 2025 All - Stars Opening Number.

Though this Jorney is far from over, I’m am forever greatful for the progress I have made and for all of the people who stood by my side and this recovery the entire time, and a special shoutout to @elizabethcaskin for being their from the moment this injury happend to the moment I hit that stage again never failing to keep me hopeful and in good spirits ima be put of the studio, another shoutout to @daversa7 for helping me to get back on my feet dancing and making sure I never pushed myself to hard even when I felt confidant. And especially to my parents @lbfult and @jdfulton002 for paying for everything in my recovery and taking time out of work to come support me I love you so much.
and many more people you all made this possible this season and I love you all dearly! see you next year! 💕🫶🏻
