Just wanted to take a minute to thank all the students I have had over the years, Residents from SHU, undergrads and graduate students going for athletic training and/or physical therapy for not only allowing me to share my passion for helping others get to their goals but for you helping me stay current and always looking to improve my own skill set. You never stop learning. Some of you have taken our time together and instilled it in your own work ethic (a few of you may have lost your way and will hopefully come back to what brought you to this profession in the first place). Love working with these kids...whether it be taping an ankle and making the tape disappear for the stage, or stretching a youngster and giving a little advice...so rewarding to watch the finished product! by @ptbypaddyjarit

I don't expect you to read the whole article, but just giving you a heads up that Dance Medicine is the real deal, and when you seek help for an injury or enhancing your performance on stage, make sure it is backed by science!
