I had to say goodbye to my best friend, my everything, my soul cat.
I will forever miss being greeted by you at the front door - no matter how long I was gone, your dashes to the bathroom to drink out of the tub, sharing my pillow with you every night, your insistent personality and sassy little hip walks. You were the queen of the house and it feels empty without you in it. Most of all, I’ll miss talking to you, because when you looked at me I could tell you really understood. I still find myself talking to you as if you were here, and I know you’re here with me and can hear me. You are my heart and soul. A kind of unconditional love that is once in a life time.
I am inconsolable with grief. I love you and I miss you a million times over. My Sashi girl forever 🤍
