Portaits of South Africa
We define "portrait" as a picture of a person, but I'd like to argue that it should instead be defined as a picture of personality. And what has a personality? Most (?) people. Some animals. Someone's personal space. A country.
I loved getting to know South Africa's personalities. The people, the country, the animals, the soul. Traipsing through the red dust in Kyalami and Magaliesburg had me rediscover aspects of myself I had lost in hectic everyday life.
I'm glad to have met you, South Africa. Let's be friends 🥰
