People with disabilities are not miracles waiting to happen.
They’re not specimens. Not charity cases.
They’re people who are whole, intelligent, worthy of being seen and included.
Too often in faith spaces, they’re prayed for, but not planned with.
They want what everyone wants:
To belong.
To be treated with dignity.
To be supported not just spiritually, but practically.
Build the ramps.
Make the spaces inclusive.
Design with love, not pity.
Because real inclusion isn’t a performance.
It’s presence.
