Meet the man who is training me for almost 10 years, the one who is my real fitness Guru Amol Sir @amolsheramkar_ 😍 There were times when I was looking bloated, I was not in my best shape , I was suffering from anxiety , I wanted to give up but sir taught me that just trust my training and keep going , just be consistent you will eventually see results and YES I did !! Now when I inspire so many people around me to stay fit , it’s not just me it’s my sir who helped me achieve my goals. I just want to keep working hard to stay fit and become a better version of myself everyday ! For years I would say I don’t have a problem with alcohol BUT I think that’s me just not wanting to admit that alcohol does not agree with me! The last few years I’ve barely drank, but most times I have it’s started with 1-2 drinks and I’m all good and then the second or 3rd time you go for 1-2 it leads to more because you get confident and cocky that you can handle it. When I reflect back on my life everything bad that’s ever happened and I’ve ever done, has been down to alcohol and the situations I’ve put myself in. I don’t like myself tipsy/ drunk and I certainly hate myself the next day, so I’m not doing it anymore girls. This year I’ve drank a few times and nothing bad has happened this year but my mental health suffers the next day I don’t know if this is out of fear of becoming like one of my parents or I don’t know I can’t say too much on this topic. But I’m choosing to do things my way and take action and not drink ✨ this isn’t a trend this is me realising what works for me! I hope if you keep making a fool out of yourself, pitting yourself in dangerous situations or causing harm to your mental health that you will pull back too! As I said loads of my clients are grand they have a ball drinking and it doesn’t affect their progress or them in general but for me I’m a disaster! This is just my brain dump girls on my sober Saturday! Have a fab weekend ✨
