“Batam ada beberapa jaringan yang kena trouble karena ada petir. Menurut mereka ada kesalahan teknis lah, kira-kira begitu. Teknisnya itu ada tiga, salah satu di antaranya adalah katanya ada hewan atau apa yang kena kelelawar atau apa, kira-kira begitu ya,” kata Bahlil di Istana Presiden, Jakarta, Rabu (14/10). Terkait kemungkinan pemberian kompensasi kepada masyarakat yang terdampak pemadaman, Bahlil mengaku akan berkoordinasi terlebih dahulu dengan PLN. Moving buildings, spinning furniture, infinite staircases, walls and floors which crumble before our very eyes… The kids are calling it EUCLIDEAN HORROR! What does that actually mean? Well, “Euclid” was an ancient Greek mathematician. He is best known as the ‘father of geometry’. Around 300BC, he wrote a treatise called ‘Elements’ — basically, a really old maths textbook which has lots of the mathematical rules we still use today. So, ‘Euclidean horror’ is to do with GEOMETRY. For a space or a thing or an image to be ‘non-EUCLIDEAN’ it has to subvert or transgress the ordinary laws of geometry.
