We made our way to Flavour of India in Edgecliff—an underrated gem serving up classic Indian favourites done right. If you’re after bold spices, rich curries, and solid portions, this spot delivers the goods.

We tried the pepper chicken, Indian butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chicken tikka fillet (entrée), and garlic naan—and not one dish missed. From the fiery kick of the pepper chicken to the buttery smoothness of the curry and soft, garlicky naan, everything was on point.
