I was 26, confused, restless, and scared out of my mind.

Leaving behind a full-fledged career to chase words and take up writing as a full-time job felt insane. But I knew I had to give it a shot.

So I did.

Plenty of self-doubt, many sleepless nights, and countless writing gigs later, it all felt worth it when I landed a scriptwriting job at a big media company.🎬✍🏻

It should’ve felt surreal; I should’ve been happy… and for a while, I was.

But something was missing.

Deep down, I always knew I wanted to work with books. So, when I got the chance to intern at a publishing house, I grabbed it. And today, I'm living the dream— working as a full-time book editor, doing what I truly love. 🩷

So now, it’s time to return to the writer in me. To the stories, the poems, the unedited drafts, the late night journal entries, and my first love— BOOKS!💌
