The Bulova A-11 Jimmy shows how well traditional military watch design can translate into a modern mechanical timepiece. This interpretation stays true to Bulova’s military heritage with the straightforward design and compact proportions that made the original A-11 so recognizable. The 37mm silver-tone stainless steel case features a distinctive coin-edge finish and a black dial with white Arabic numerals and Super-LumiNova hands and markers. A discreet Bulova logo at 12 o’clock references the original design, while an anti-reflective double-domed sapphire crystal and olive-beige nylon strap complete the vintage-inspired look. The 24-jewel automatic Caliber 9039 offers a 42-hour power reserve alongside 50 meters of water resistance. Inspired by the original Bulova A-11 Hack featured in the film Jimmy about actor and military aviator Jimmy Stewart, the watch maintains the restrained styling and practical functionality associated with traditional military timepieces.
