Utia Lé in Alta Badia blew us away. Tucked into the mountain, with a snow cave on the hike, this Alpine hut served the most unforgettable meal we had—period.
Homemade tortellini filled with “grey cheese” (a bold local specialty), finished with freshly shaved aged Parmigiano and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
If you’re hiking or skiing in the area, do not miss this hut.
