Dîner d’exception chez AT ❤️
J’ai eu la chance hier soir d’être invitée par Mara Ballester à un dîner tout simplement extraordinaire chez AT :
un quatre-mains magique orchestré par Atsushi Tanaka et Nazareno Mayol.
Vous connaissez certainement Atsushi Tanaka … et peut-être pas encore l’extraordinaire Nazareno Mayol, humble, discret, artiste libre… et je vous le dis,
un futur très grand chef.
Le voyage a commencé par une petite explosion de saveurs maïs, ciboulette, cumin un mélange juste parfait .
Puis… le plat qui m’a fait chavirer : caviar, pomme, tournesol, foin… waouuuuuuuu !
Des tomates farcies au tourteau à tomber, un cabillaud au lait fumé tout en délicatesse.. extase …
Tout, tout, tout était si bon,
si subtil, si beau.
