I packed a comb to squeeze during labor to help distract from pain of contractions! And some essential oils like lavender. Really helped me! Good luck! 🙏🏻

They will give you tucks, dermoblast, ice packs, and all of that in the hospital for free!! Don’t waste the stuff you bought! Also, always ask for more and if your nurse is nice she’ll hook you up!!!!

I know you said slippers, but I took my own grippy socks! My nurses told me if I wanted to walk the hall in socks they needed to be grippy, but the ones the hospital provided didnt fit my feet well.
