What a year for you. Graduating elementary school and next year junior high! You’ve learned to regulate and be independent and responsible. The maturity this year from you has been HUGE! Your most outstanding quality is love for your family! Becoming a big brother and caring for your baby brothers has been so amazing to see you. Thank you for your gift of happiness it’s all mom and dad have prayed for! by @pawsforlevi

First Day of Junior year! Lots of first this year, driving, football, job, and a big brother again. I pray that you work hard, show growth, ambition for life, and be responsible for your actions good or poor. You have a pure heart may nobody take advantage of it. I love your openness and the fact you still love to hang out with me and dad and share “I love you’s” with us. You’re the best kid, keep making us proud! by @pawsforlevi

My sweet sweet and absolutely wonderful boys. We had a rough time there for awhile but I prayed for so much protection around your lives. Every single kick and punch is a blessing. #26weekspregnant #tatertottwins by @pawsforlevi

What a challenging week it’s been for our youngest. Week long hospital stay, not eating losing weight. 78% percentile to 7% percentile. We tried a ng tube without success which led them to a gtube placement. Hoping this is what Levi needs to get back to his baseline and take the pressure off eating orally. by @pawsforlevi

It’s all over no more needles. Every one of those needles represents one day of infertility and one full cycle of treatment. I’ve endured 6 cycles in the last two years and my arms are still empty. The tears, the heart ache and the loss. I prayed so hard asking God why? I was hurting. And all along he said I have a plan for your family. I thought the shock would have worn off by now. Now those tears are filled with happiness and joy and my arms will be so filled I won’t be able to keep up. What a blessing these two little souls will be. The completion of the Dorn Boys 💙💙💙💙 It was meant to be. by @pawsforlevi

Landon is going on his first mission trip this April to spread his love of Jesus and build 12 houses for families in need. His money is due this Sunday and we have quite a ways to go if you feel in your heart and are able to donate we would appreciate it so much. Here’s the link to his fundraising page.

Well another year down and no baby YET! 4 embryo transfers, a lost embryo, a successful transfer & a naturally conceived pregnancy ended in 2 miscarriages, a surgery to remove our daughter after she passed ended up with me in the emergency room 5 days later hemmoraging into my stomach cavity which resulted in an emergency surgery at almost midnight. Please say a prayer as we transfer two boys the week of January 27th. I hope 2025 is our year to bring a baby in to our home. by @pawsforlevi
