AMS Checking in from Jersey City

I've been here since Sunday and kicked off the festivities with an awesome party at the top of one world trade center.

The conference ended last night, and most people have gone home. I had meetings this morning, including a session I was leading on the topic of confidence + resilience.

I could not get my slides to share 🙄 + had to pivot on the fly. Thankfully, it was a session with 55 amazing women, and they totally had my back!!

We had a beautiful conversation about the topic, and I think we all came away learning more about each other and ourselves!!

I always say I come into those sessions prepared but allow space for what's needed . Our conversation was exactly that!

I am beyond grateful for this incredible community.
