I'm doing better the last few months than I have in the last 10 years, and I'm finding the last thing I want to do is pace. I have no idea how many good days I'm going to get and so I'm squeeze every last bit out if them. I know I should pace. I HAD to rest the last 2 days but if I think I can get up tomorrow and go. I will. Damned the consequences. I wanted to give up last winter. I wish I could give you some of my strength.

Hang in there! As a recovered me/cfs sufferer as frustrating as pacing is, ultimately you can and will be able to do more things. 🙌 it is worth it to rest even when it feels endless
