Deep End Fitness Vermont

For those of you in or near Charleston, check out our other location! @deependcharleston

@holy_city_crossfit did an amazing job at bringing their community to the beach and gettin’ after a solid DEF beach session.

We are honored to join forces with this incredible crew (pssst…if you’re looking for a CF gym, this is your gym!!) and bring DEF to the beach, the gym and soon, the pool!!

If you missed this session, reach out and we’ll get you dialed into the next one or upcoming training series.
