since you protest and exercise your 1st amendment natural, State and Federal, constitutionally protected right as a natural person, be sure to have your state constitutional injunctions sent by registered mail to 3 sheriffs, the attorney general and the governor. Please create evidence formally(injunction and lawful notice of Do Not Detain List) that will be enforceable and you can start to cost them so that any state or municipal agent violating the constitutution will no longer be insurable as they have violated their oath and bond.
