The Information That Is Getting People Free Of Eczema

People who suffered for years are sharing what happened when they finally had the right tools.

Celery juice. Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie. The 3:6:9 Cleanse. The Medical Medium books.

People who had it from birth, all over their bodies, covering their hands and arms, are sharing how they turned it around.

And once you understand what’s actually behind those patches from Medical Medium information, including a virus, toxic heavy metals, and what’s happening inside the liver, and how to address these issues, you finally have a path forward.

Comment SKIN below and I’ll send you more information on the Medical Medium tools people are using to address the root cause of skin conditions like eczema and support their skin from within.

Some people get to 7 p.m. and still have energy to spare.

Meanwhile, you’re wondering if it’s socially acceptable to put on pajamas at 5:30.

After 30 years in internal medicine, I’ve learned that lasting energy isn’t about finding the perfect supplement or drinking another cup of coffee. Often, it’s about what happens during the hours you’re awake.

Here are 7 habits worth stealing (📌 Save this):

1. They stop negotiating with their alarm clock. A consistent wake-up time helps regulate your internal clock, making it easier to fall asleep and wake feeling rested.

2. They see daylight before their inbox. Morning light helps set your sleep-wake cycle. A short outdoor walk is a great place to start.

3. They don’t eat a breakfast that leaves them hungry an hour later. They include protein and fiber instead of relying on coffee and refined carbohydrates to get through the morning.

4. They move before they feel sluggish. They don’t wait for the perfect time to exercise. Short walks and movement breaks interrupt hours of sitting.

5. They know when to stop drinking coffee. Caffeine can affect sleep hours after you’ve finished drinking it, even if you have no trouble falling asleep.

6. They don’t schedule every minute of their lives. They leave room for meals, movement, downtime, and enough sleep. Being constantly busy doesn’t mean you’re functioning at your best.

7. They don’t automatically blame exhaustion on getting older. Persistent fatigue can sometimes be related to sleep apnea, iron deficiency, thyroid problems, medications, or other medical conditions.

Being tired all the time is not something you should automatically accept as part of aging.

That’s why I created a free physician-written guide: WHY AM I SO TIRED ALL THE TIME? It covers 10 overlooked reasons you might be running on empty, what you can do, and when to speak with your doctor.

👉 Comment ENERGY and I’ll send it to you.

Educational only, not individual medical advice.

For years, I knew something was wrong with my body. I went from doctor to doctor, trying to explain the pain and symptoms that were taking over my life, only to be told that nothing was wrong. Eventually, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS.

Endometriosis meant surgery. I underwent excision surgery in 2023 to remove the disease tissue growing inside my body after years of pain and unanswered questions. It was a major moment in my life, both physically and emotionally. I finally had an explanation for what I had been experiencing, but surgery wasn’t the end of my health journey.

Despite treatment, lifestyle changes, and continuing to search for answers, my symptoms persisted. The pain began affecting my entire body. Eventually, I was diagnosed with lupus, a serious autoimmune disease that can affect multiple organs and become life-threatening.

Research has found associations between endometriosis and certain autoimmune diseases, including lupus, although we still have much to learn about why these conditions overlap. Living through this has made me think deeply about women’s health, the effects of chronic illness on the body, and how much we still don’t understand.

Too many women are taught to normalize debilitating pain instead of being given answers, support, and appropriate care.
I know how isolating it feels to fight for answers while trying to keep your life moving. I also know how fortunate I am to have a supportive family and access to medical care. Not everyone has those resources, and that is one of the reasons this matters so much to me.

I used to think I’d wait until I had my health figured out before sharing my story. But I don’t want to wait for a perfect ending to start a conversation that needs to be happening now.

I’m incredibly grateful to be getting involved with the Endometriosis Foundation and to contribute to the work being done around endometriosis awareness and women’s reproductive health. I’m excited to share more soon. For now, I wanted to start by sharing an overview of my story, because no woman should have to fight this hard to be heard.

Comment Timex for the links !

If you are into any exercise routine, you know that the step count is all that matters on a day to day basis and this is exactly that. I a gadget averse when it comes to fitness tracking coz I don’t want another decide to charge.

This does the job for me. Accuracy is at 85-90 percent compared to steps from the iPhone
