Some weeks ago, I was working on what would have been my biggest breakthrough in this foodstuff journey — a supply deal worth ₦5 million. The client wanted a large quantity of garri and beans, and I poured my whole energy into making it happen.

I ran from market to market, pricing and negotiating. I spoke with local farmers, arranged for bulk purchases, and even had to buy in advance so as not to delay the delivery date Every night, I stayed up late calculating, planning logistics, and double-checking my contacts. I told myself, “This deal will change everything.”

But life had other plans. Just when everything seemed set, the client backed out. 💔 After all the sweat, the expenses, the sleepless nights, the hopes I had built — it all slipped away in one phone call. I still remember holding my phone with tears in my eyes, asking myself, “Why now? Why me?”

It wasn’t just about losing money. It was about losing months of sacrifice, about watching my hard work scatter like grains of garri in the wind. That kind of pain cuts deep.

But here’s what I’ve come to realize: every setback is a setup for something greater. 🙏 Yes, I lost a ₦5 million garri and beans deal, but I didn’t lose my vision. I didn’t lose my dream. I didn’t lose the passion that made me start this business. 🌱

I believe this heartbreak is only preparing me for something bigger. My comeback will be louder than this setback. 💪
