We went back to California for Oliver’s birthday! We visited our old stomping grounds, saw friends we haven’t seen in 4 years, and camped again. Thank you to all our friends for reconnecting with us. We ❤️ seeing you all!

This is amazing! I can’t wait to hear more!

5 years ago today, i walked into an appointment and walked out with an explanation for why i’d spent my entire life feeling like i was getting everything wrong !!!!!!!!

at the time, i genuinely had no idea what my future was going to look like. i’d spent so long trying to fit into a world that didn’t seem to have a space for me, and suddenly i had a whole new identity to figure out 🤠

and now, exactly 5 years later, i’m sat in an airport on my way to LA because paris bloody hilton invited me to her house 😭

i don’t think i’ll ever quite get over how surreal that sentence is.

but the thing i’m most proud of isn’t the opportunities, the books, or the people i’ve met along the way… it’s that i’ve built a life where i actually really, really like being me !!!!!!!

and i think that’s the thing i wish i could tell the girl who was sitting in that appointment 5 years ago :)

your diagnosis isn’t a prediction of what your life is going to look like. it’s information that can help you figure out how to build one that works for you 🫂

so if you’re newly diagnosed, or you’re in that messy middle bit where you’re still trying to work out who you are underneath all the masking and expectations, please don’t mistake where you are right now for where you’re going to end up…

you have absolutely no idea how good your life could get !!!!!!

here’s to the next 5 years 🥹🫶🏻

🚨 Lisandro Martínez Kritik Manajemen Manchester United! 🔴
