Great riders and a great brand, but unfortunately they have no respect for the end customer! My new sender, a month after I bought it, the high pivot pulley won't come off the frame due to a manufacturing defect and they simply make excuses to avoid their responsibilities! I've never been treated like this by any brand! I've been a bicycle mechanic for over 18 years! I don't recommend this completely irresponsible brand to anyone!!!
