this past year has been farrrrrr from easy for me. the people in my life have been spending a lot of time picking me up and i could never thank them enough. my biggest loss in that decision would have been you

the happy moments are what remind me that it’s going to be okay eventually. i look at how big and beautiful my existence has already been in this life, even if it gets ugly sometimes

(sorry i don’t post about this often because mental illness and personality/mood disorders are nasty and cruel and nobody deserves to ever feel this way. it’s not fun or easy to talk about with anyone. even those who do understand. i hope someone can see this and let this be their reason to not let suicide win, to not let their head win)
