One year, two expeditions, and a lot of ups and downs before finally reaching the summit of Jannu East with Nicolas Jean! Looking back, I realize how much this adventure has meant to me. Not just reaching the summit, but everything we went through to get there, and especially the way we climbed this incredible mountain. One year later, I can still feel the excitement of those days up there. 📸 2 / 4 / 6 @thibaut.marot 📸 5 / 7 @quentin_degrenelle @thenorthface @simond @districtvision @serrechevalier @leki.ski.outdoor @garminfrance @blizzard_tecnica @cooknrun.energyfood @goprofr
Just another Saturday casually throwing ourselves down waterfalls 🧗‍♀️ 30 metres down a waterfall, freezing cold canyon swims & a whole lot of adrenaline with my older brother! @bluemountainsadventurecompany
See I think we have been looking at this whole thing the wrong way. Most of us focus on a goal to lose something… lose the fear, lose embarrassment, lose judgment from other, in my case lose weight… but what if this thing was about gaining. Gaining life, gaining confidence, gaining relationships, gaining kindness, gaining self love, gaining everything you’ve always desired. While my page has focused on my weightloss journey reflecting back it has been so much more than that. It has been all the little moments that have meant the most, gaining new experiences, living life in a different way ❤️‍🩹 thank you for being here with me, if this inspires you in anyway, I want you to think what would you like to gain in this journey. I would love to read it in the comments 🥹🫶🏼 #weightloss #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #transformation #motivation
