You learn a lot about yourself when you try something new, and that was a big reason I wanted to do this in the first place.

Growing up as the “skinny kid” with burn scars across my legs, hip, and arm, I would’ve called you crazy if you told me this is where I’d be just a few years ago. Hopefully, my journey encourages someone else to take a chance on themselves and try something they never thought they could do.

I’m proud of what I brought to this show and excited to see how much I can improve next time around. 😏

I’m grateful for everyone who supported me throughout this process, especially my wife @_hannahrusk ❤️

🤎 دسر لوتوس بدون فر و بدون پخت؛ یه دسر کافی‌شاپی خوشمزه! 😍
اگه عاشق دسرهای یخچالی و چیزکیک لوتوس هستی، این رسپی آسون و خوشمزه رو از دست نده! بافت کرمی، پایه بیسکویتی و طعم بی‌نظیر لوتوس 😋🍰
🍪 مواد لازم برای پایه:
▫️ بیسکویت لوتوس: ۳۰۰ گرم
▫️ کره: ۱۲۰ گرم
🧀 مواد لازم برای کرم پنیری:
▫️ پنیر ماسکارپونه: ۲۵۰ گرم
▫️ پودر خامه: ۲۰ گرم
▫️ پودر قند: ۴۰ گرم
▫️ وانیل: ۴ گرم
▫️ خامه قنادی: ۴۰۰ میلی‌لیتر
🤎 لایه لوتوس:
▫️ بیسکویت خردشده: ۵۰ گرم
▫️ کرم لوتوس: ۱۰۰ گرم
▫️ میوه دلخواه برای تزیین
👩🏻‍🍳 طرز تهیه:
۱. بیسکویت پودر‌شده رو با کره آب‌شده مخلوط کن، کف قالب بریز و خوب فشرده کن.
۲. پنیر، پودر قند، پودر خامه و وانیل رو مخلوط کن. خامه قنادی رو جداگانه فرم بده و به‌آرامی با مواد پنیری ترکیب کن.
۳. کرم رو روی پایه بیسکویتی بریز و با مخلوط بیسکویت خردشده و کرم لوتوس لایه‌بندی کن.
۴. روی دسر رو با کرم لوتوس و میوه دلخواه تزیین کن و داخل یخچال بذار.
✨ نکات مهم:
🤎 برای پایه محکم‌تر، بیسکویت رو خوب فشرده کن.
🤎 میوه‌ها رو بعد از شستن کاملاً خشک کن.
🤎 برای انسجام بیشتر کرم، ۱ قاشق غذاخوری پودر ژلاتین رو با ۴ قاشق غذاخوری آب سرد مخلوط کن؛ بعد از اسفنجی شدن، بن‌ماری کن تا شفاف بشه. کمی که خنک شد، با چند قاشق از کرم مخلوط کن و سپس به مواد پنیری اضافه کن.
🤎 می‌تونی به‌جای لوتوس از بیسکویت یا کرم دلخواهت استفاده کنی.
🤎 دسر رو ترجیحاً یک شب تا ۲۴ ساعت در یخچال بذار تا کاملاً خودش رو بگیره.
