First bodybuilding show ✅… yes I chose this one because I saw it’s Dragon Ball themed 🐉

NPC Men’s Physique
🥇 True Novice
🥈 Open
🥉 Novice

No prep coach (definitely hiring one for future shows!)

Huge thanks to my posing coach @cbposing go check him out for posing 👌🏼

You learn a lot about yourself when you try something new, and that was a big reason I wanted to do this in the first place.

Growing up as the “skinny kid” with burn scars across my legs, hip, and arm, I would’ve called you crazy if you told me this is where I’d be just a few years ago. Hopefully, my journey encourages someone else to take a chance on themselves and try something they never thought they could do.

I’m proud of what I brought to this show and excited to see how much I can improve next time around. 😏

I’m grateful for everyone who supported me throughout this process, especially my wife @_hannahrusk ❤️

Congratulations to all the competitors and thank you @southernmuscleshowdown , @danrayphoto , @liquidsunrayz , the vendors, and the show staff for making it an awesome experience. 💪🏼

And I got to meet @mikethebadass so that’s cool 😎
